What does it mean to have "mental health awareness." In this month of Mental Health Awareness, the month isn't just asking that we're aware of mental illness. It also asks that we are aware of mental health.  The National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) says that this is the month to "fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families."
