Working with me, you’ll explore who you actually are, not who you think you’re supposed to be. As a therapist working primarily with LGBTQ+ young adults, I understand identity questions, relationship dynamics in LGBTQ+ spaces, and the specific pressures of being authentically yourself in a world that doesn’t always make space for that.
Whether you’re questioning your identity, navigating coming out, dealing with discrimination, or just trying to figure out what healthy relationships look like for YOU, we’ll work together to break patterns that don’t serve you and build a life that actually feels like yours.
