How I Can Help

I work with kids, pre-teens, and teens navigating trauma and CPTSD, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I also support blended and adoptive families, and help young people build coping skills and ADHD executive function. When you understand the deep-rooted reasons behind behaviors, they become easier to manage. My office is a safe space, and my approach is warm, patient, and grounded in evidence based practices.

Whether you’re a parent trying to reconnect with your child, a family blending together, or a young person learning to make sense of big feelings, you don’t have to do it alone.
