How I Can Help

I work with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating trauma from abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and the life transitions that change everything. I also support individuals, couples, and families through marriage, divorce, and blended family challenges, as well as the weight of racial and cultural life experiences. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender identity affirming, and my approach is reassuring, empathetic, and grounded in a solution-focused model [add other evidence-based practices if applicable, e.g., CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy].
