When she’s not at work, Karlie’s likely listening to music, lost in a fantasy novel, or watching a musical — and she’s recently picked up video games, watercolor, and embroidery too. A longtime Jane Eyre fan (the first classic she ever fell for), she also loves Downton Abbey and can’t choose between The Sound of Music and The Lord of the Rings. Her go-to color is any shade of blue, and music doubles as her favorite form of self-care.
With the present stigma surrounding mental health, it is easy to feel like you are crazy, alone, and stuck in your present situation.
