Having been married for 25 years and experiencing the balance needed when blending families, I have become passionate about helping partners who are struggling to reconnect again.

I have 16 years of experience working as a school counselor for children and teens as well as a counselor for adults and couples. Helping clients overcome battles with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, substance use, suicidal ideation, and life transitions has molded my love for providing support to individuals and couples. I strive to provide the support needed along with the guidance necessary for helping clients live healthier, happier lives.

Overcomer of Obstacles

Making big moves toward living a healthier life is hard, but the outcome is so worth the effort. I know this as a counselor but also from experience. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Arkansas and my Master’s in Counseling and Leadership from Arkansas Tech University. My love for counseling came from life experiences – the good, the bad, and the ugly!
