Human Connector
When we let difficult emotions take over our mind, we start to disconnect from ourselves and those we are close to. Maintaining relationships at home, school, work, and our community becomes a second job. Sometimes our outside doesn’t match our inside and we get lost. This is why it is so important to reconnect with yourself and lift the weights of anxiety, stress, frustration, and depression. Once you love yourself, you will want to feel connected to those important people in your life. I love walking alongside people as they explore their story and awaken the gifts and strengths inside. This journey is not for the faint of heart. This journey is the reason we are here.
Child Interpreter
Having worked with students and families for over 25 years as an educator and Certified School Counselor, I have become passionate about supporting families as children and caregivers navigate challenging experiences. Transitioning from childhood, through adolescence, to adulthood are some of the bumpiest rides of our lives. Supporting children and teens as they work through difficult emotions, manage significant life changes, and discover their super powers have been the most rewarding parts of my career. Being a parent is not an easy job. When you see your child struggling, it becomes even more challenging. It is ok not to have all the answers. We all need support to care for our kids. My goal is to help families connect and thrive!
