I became a counselor because of life experiences involving depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and substance misuse. These challenges have affected people around me, many that I am close to. I have always tried to understand the reasons behind the actions and behaviors of a person. Once you understand those deep rooted reasons, you understand the behaviors more and how to better manage them.
In my office, I never want my clients to feel like they aren’t being heard. This is a safe space for you to open up and be 100% supported, heard, and nonjudged. You deserve to wake up and feel empowered to take on the day.
