Military Family Supporter
Being in a military family myself, I understand how it feels to move, adapt to change, and restart your whole life. It is difficult, stressful, and can be overwhelming. I’ve been in your shoes — which is why I work with military families who need support and a listening ear. You do not have to feel alone, even if you do right now. Talk to someone who knows how it feels to go from base to base, country to country, and from new start to another new start. I am here for you!
Resilient Advocate
One of the best parts of my position as a counselor is to be your biggest supporter as your begin to take on your challenges and move towards your goals. I am here to listen, offer guidance, and assist you in navigating towards living a healthier, happier life!
Encouraging Mentor
You are taking the first steps towards counseling because you recognize that something in your life needs to change. You want to live a happier life, and you even may have goals that you want support in accomplishing. I am here to ask the hard questions, provide guidance, and cheer you on as your move towards those goals you have only hoped to accomplish so far. You can do this!
More about me…
I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University! I have had the honor of working with clients dealing with cancer diagnoses, incarcerated veterans, and I worked at a community counseling center in Fort Worth. Working with clients as young as six years old, adults, and families to reconnect, I am fortunate to excel in being an advocate, supporter, and listener. I am a military spouse — and have been for 15 years! I am a mom to four kiddos and dog mom to two pups (they count too!). I have had unique experiences living overseas in two different countries. I have lived in Germany and am currently living in Japan! I love reading and have been especially fond of audiobooks lately (only the interesting ones!), crafting, trying to paint, and hanging out with my family. I love to try new things and be adventurous when we can!
