I work with [adults, teens, couples] navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the relationship and boundary struggles that wear you down. I also support people through some of life’s biggest transitions, including infertility, parenting, divorce, blending families, and career challenges. My practice is LGBTQ affirming, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

Fee: $145 for 53-minute session
