Explorer of Emotions
Emotions are complex. Having someone help to dive in and pick them apart is helpful. You do not have to live life thinking your emotions are “wrong” or “dramatic.” There is no right way to feel or express how you feel. Together, we can work to understand why you feel the way you do, where those thoughts come from, and what steps you can take to overcome the negative emotions and replace them with positive and empowered ones.
Authenticity Advocate
When you wake up and feel like you can be your true, authentic self — you feel empowered. I want you to experience that feeling. Being true to who you are gives you the confidence to pursue your goals and live a more fulfilling life. Every human deserves to live a healthy, happy life — including you!
Communication Confidant
Opening up is difficult, especially to someone you don’t know. Taking the first step towards working on your mental health is huge. I take that step seriously and understand that it isn’t always easy to let out everything you’ve kept in for so long. In my space, our work is tailored to you and what changes you would like to make in your life. You are in the driver’s seat, and I am here to help you navigate where you’d like to go.
