I became a counselor because I know first hand how difficult it can be to be authentically yourself. Sometimes we find ourselves hiding parts of ourselves or repeating old habits that no longer serve us and it can be difficult to break these patterns. I hope to be a safe space to explore your identity and past experiences to create a life that feels worth living.
