Behaviors have changed in your child, however, you aren’t sure how to address them.
Communication has become strained.
Change is taking place in your family; subsequently, your child is struggling.
Outbursts are happening more frequently, and you aren’t sure how to de-escalate them.
Navigating through difficult emotions is hard; you want your child to have the support they need.

I take pride in lending that non-judgmental, attentive ear. Above all, I want to make sure that
you feel your concerns are important and validated while also providing practical solutions to
help life run a little smoother for you.
Watching your child struggle is hard.
I’m a parent, too. I get it.
Having always had a heart for the emotional well-being of children and adolescents – providing support for them has always been a passion of mine.
As a child, my grandmother taught me to feel safe. My mother made me feel that I was important and that I mattered. Likewise, I grew up to be a strong woman who believes that I can do anything that I put my mind to. In short, my goal is to help instill these same beliefs in your child.
