Mental Health Warrior
Knowing you aren’t alone in the fight against the monstrous weight of your mental and emotional struggle is important. It’s okay to seek support and open up. Allowing yourself to tear down walls you’ve built up so high is a big step. I’m right there with you. I’ve had to tear down my own walls, and I didn’t do it alone. You are strong. You are capable. Together, we can fight the good fight so you can live an authentic, healthier, and happier life.
Relationship Connoisseur
Helping rebuild relationships is what drives me. The family, partnership, and friendship complexities are a passion of mine. Feeling like a stranger in your own home or not knowing how to manage a shift in your relationship can be challenging, especially alone. Opening up to someone and allowing them in takes courage, but it can also be the step needed to strengthen those ties that have been strained.
Sailor on the Waves of Change
Change can come in a multitude of ways. It can come suddenly, in waves, or it can be expected — however change presents itself to you, it can be tricky. That’s why I’m here! My goal is to help you navigate through significant life changes. You don’t have to brave the storm alone. Gain insight, be heard, and feel understood. Have a clearer image of where you want your life to be and how you want to live it.
