Self Love Hub

Online mental health resources to strengthen your relationship with yourself and deepen your connections with others.

Inner Attachment is Essential…

36% of the population is insecurely attached, which means they struggle with intimacy, vulnerability, and emotional closeness.

When you’re insecurely attached, It can be hard to trust and connect with others, and you can feel unsure about yourself.

As a result, you may wrestle with scattered emotions, disorganization, and heavy expectations. The bottom line is you’re at risk of sliding back into the pit of poor mental health.

But, your relationship with yourself and others is the foundation of good mental and emotional health, so this presents some major issues.

Develop Self-Compassion and Inner Attachment

“Inner attachment” refers to the emotional bond and connection with yourself, echoing principles of self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love. It’s about how securely or insecurely you relate to your own feelings, thoughts, and needs, drawing parallels to how attachment theory describes relationships with others.

The Self Love Hub helps you build a sense of belongingness and connection in your daily life, creating an internal bond that helps navigate your mental health. When you have a secure inner attachment, you’re more likely to feel at peace with who you are, fostering resilience against loneliness and self-doubt.

Having a secure inner attachment means feeling “enough” and worthy from within, without external validation.

This internal harmony enables a more authentic and fulfilling engagement with the external world.

The SELF LOVE Hub is a place to create an inner attachment to all your imperfect parts so that you develop an internal environment of understanding. You’ll be better able to be more nurturing and supportive of others as you experience greater self-acceptance.

Hey there, time traveler! 1996 is reaching out, and guess what they’ve got for you? Paper and pencils are the OG tools for planning. We’re going old school, Baby. It’s your moment to brainstorm and map out your month, week, and day with activities that’ll have you feeling like your best self. If your electronic calendars are doing the trick, stick with them. But if you’re up for a new calendaring habit (and trust me, you are), give my method a shot. Research says writing is the way to go when forming a new habit. Trust me on this one.

Member Meetups

Surround yourself with the right crew. Your environment matters—look around, it’s a reflection. Your relationship with yourself and others is king. Make this your ONE thing (because, believe me, I’ll be on your case all month to tackle the rest).

I’m a therapist, but I’ve also been there…

I went to school for 13 years, earned 3 degrees, and have dedicated thousands of hours toward my dream of being a therapist. In the last 22 years as a Counselor, I’ve helped hundreds of people become secure in their relationships with themselves and others.

Alongside my professional experience, I’ve also overcome my own feelings of inadequacy, depression, anxiety, and people-pleasing. My professional practice has been transformed, and my personal life is happier, more grounded, and connected to myself and those I love because of the principles I learned and now teach in the Self Love Hub.

I believe in the effectiveness of daily work – meditation, journal exercises, positive self-talk, affirmations, mantras, nourishing food, sound sleep, etc. – facilitating deep and profound life satisfaction.

A Return to Yourself

Not advancing toward Inner Attachment can lead to persistent relationship issues, an increase in the risk of mental health problems, and affect overall life satisfaction and well-being, perpetuating a cycle of insecurity and low self-image. Don’t let the absence of this lifeline lead you back to a place where you question the very act of waking up each morning.
