		<description>Wow! this has so much to think about! I wish I had this info years ago.  When attempting to find a good counselor I had to kiss a lot of toads, so to speak, before I found a really great one.  There was even a counselor in the mix that added to my problems instead of helping me with them.  


It&#039;s a challenge to look at relationships to find and own my part of the garbage.  If I am willing to take some credit for the good aspects of the relationship, I guess I&#039;d better look at my part of the bad.  That opens the door to be vulnerable to myself when my instinct is to protect myself.  But I guess, that is the pathway to growth eh?</description>
