Sherry Graham, M.Ed., LPC-S, RPT
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.I am a practical, interactive therapist. Sometimes the focus of therapy is to resolve current problems. Other times its focus is long standing patterns of behavior that are not productive. Together, we’ll look for missing skills and patterns of behavior that have developed over time that are problematic.
I use a variety of techniques that help to develop and hone your new skills, build on your strengths and identify and achieve life goals. I also help you foster new skills and eliminate problem behaviors. Whether I am seeing a child, a family, an adult or a couple, I will strive to make each session impactful. Together we can make a real difference in your life.
