Our Licensed Counselors provide coping and healing strategies for concerns like depression, anxiety, anger, chronic dissatisfaction, stress, marriage and relationship strain, and parenting effectiveness.

We provide the right mix of Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology so that you can expect to see your Counselor a fraction of the time than with other psychotherapists who use psychoanalysis.


True, counseling does occasionally address historical occurrences of the past as a guidepost for understanding. But we want you to move out of the past and into the present.
